The Carleton Herd grazes the rich grasses of river meadows along the Tiffey Valley in Carleton Forehoe, Norfolk. The suckling cows are left to feed and grow at their own pace, rearing their calves naturally.

The resulting beef has high marbling content which enhances its succulent texture. It is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and is hung for up to 30 days to ensure an exceptionally full flavour.
